Returns Information

Please note all returns are subject to conditions. 

Any and all items that have been ordered specially to your order, or are special order from the manufacturer, are 100% NON RETURNABLE, including special finishes and sizes.

Duravit furniture & sensowash products are non-returnable, Vola taps and showers likewise.

In any event, all goods must be returned within 14 days, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Writing on boxes means items cannot be returned and fitting, or attempting to fit also invalidates any return.

Stock items may be returned as long as they meet the above criteria. A minimum 20% re-stocking will apply.
